I was nervous about having wax removed but Darren made me feel at ease, explained every step of the way what was happening and I even got to see what my ears looked like inside before and after the wax removal!

After weeks of waiting for my ear wax to be removed I decided to contact Wigan hearing, I was given an appointment the next day and the wax was removed! I can't thank the staff enough.
